To make sure that guests can enjoy safe and delectable food, President Lee Li-Sheng and his brother General Manager Lee Li-Yu chose to build a rice factory in Dalin, Chiayi. The factory was also established to commemorate the rice factory their father laboriously ran and sadly shut down due to the decline of the industry 50 years ago. This location decision was made owing to the excellent water quality of Zhuoshui River, limited pollution, and abundant natural minerals, and also because Chiayi is their hometown. They hope to produce excellent rice with local farmers and restore the reputation of their father’s business.

The rice factory utilizes modern technology and traditional rice milling techniques. With abundant sunlight, local farmers carefully take care of the rice crops to produce translucent, round, firm rice that emanates a unique fragrance. When the rice is cooked, it is particularly aromatic and firm to the bite.

This excellent rice produced with significant attention was ranked second as an excellent rice supplier by Ministry of National Defense in 2019.
